Whole House Exterior Makeover

After review of options in three-dimensional format with the homeowner, this re-siding project included new siding and trim treatments over all of the existing house, a reworking of the front porch detailing and column spacing, new windows under the gabled dormers, a revised color scheme, as well as removal of existing eaves left over from a previous addition to the house. A new beltline trim band separates siding of differing exposures, new dormer windows soften the proportions at the dormers, and flanking window head trim details echo those proportions on the front of the house all contributing to a cohesive and comfortably scaled exterior makeover.
